Kicking off the third weekender of the series, Stop Seven returns to Acworth Park for the final boat event of the season. Much to the delight of many, the event will move a month earlier, seeking to capitalize on the epic conditions previous August events were known for.
Lake Acworth has a rich history in wake, with many keystone events being held over the last two decades. From Shaun Murray winning the 1999 Pro Wakeboard Tour, to the Georgia Games in the early 2000's, to Ambush Board Co's various events throughout the late 2000's, to the 2013 Pro Wakeboard Tour stop won by 5x PWT champion Phil Soven, Cauble Park has been a staple in Georgia wakeboarding.
With protected conditions, deep water, a large beach area for swimming and spectating, and the perfectly sculpted wakes of the Nautique G21 & G23, Lake Acworth at Cauble Park is the perfect conclusion to the boat portion of the Georgia Wake Series.
